AuditMagnet provides automated website audits covering performance, technical SEO, security headers, link integrity, and basic trust/conversion signals. Reports are informational and should not be treated as legal, security, or compliance certification.

2. Permission To Audit

Only submit websites you own, manage, or are authorized to assess. Do not use AuditMagnet to probe private networks, internal services, cloud metadata endpoints, or third-party systems without permission.

3. Lead Capture & Marketing

By providing your email address and website URL, you agree to:

• Receive your audit results via the email address provided.
• Be contacted about the audit result and possible improvements.
• Receive periodic updates, tips, and promotional offers when you consent.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

4. Data Usage

We use submitted data to generate reports, store audit history, improve the service, and support follow-up conversations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Fair Use

The service may rate limit, queue, reject, or block requests to protect infrastructure and prevent abuse. CLI usage by the project owner is not subject to the public HTTP API rate limit.

6. Limitation of Liability

AuditMagnet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for business, technical, legal, or security decisions made based on the audit results.
